Every order is placed and paid for on Etsy, so Etsy's buyer protection, payment security, and tracking apply to all of it. Nothing is bought or paid for on this website.

Shipping

Rates and delivery estimates are set per painting and shown on its Etsy listing before you pay. We keep them there rather than repeating them here, so what you see at checkout is always the real, current figure.

Paintings are packed and dispatched from the studio in Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan, typically within 1–2 working days of an order. Canvases ship stretched on their bars — never rolled in a tube.

Returns and exchanges

Return eligibility and the return window are set per listing on Etsy and are shown on the listing page. If something arrives damaged or is not what you expected, open a message on your Etsy order — that keeps the whole conversation inside Etsy's protection, which is where a resolution can actually be enforced.

Original work

Every painting sold here is an original, one of one. We do not sell prints, editions, or reproductions, and a painting that has sold is not remade.

Contact and privacy

For anything about an existing order, message usthrough Etsy — order messages live there and that is where we can see them alongside your purchase.

For anything else, the contact form on this site reaches us directly. Messages sent through it are used only to reply to you. They are never published, never used for marketing, and never shared with anyone else. This site does not collect payment details, shipping addresses, or tax information at any point.
